I have healing hands. I know this because years ago, while I was on a field trip with my son’s third grade class, a little girl told me so. I have remembered all these years because it was one of the nicest things anyone ever said to me.
I believe we all have healing hands and can use them to make the world a better place in our own special way. I help people to pause, breathe, and relax, so they can turn inward to find peace and the wisdom to develop their own set of healthy habits.
