It’s one thing to be inspired by someone – to have a role model to look up to – but it is quite another thing to compare ourselves to others. We can let our feelings be our guide to knowing the difference. Comparing ourselves to friends, relatives, co-workers, or even our former self leaves us feeling inferior or superior. Being inspired by someone leaves us feeling well, inspired, uplifted and encouraged. Each of us is the very definition of incomparable: 1) without an equal in quality or extent; matchless, and 2) unable to be compared; totally different in nature or extent. Remember that!
