This book was recommended to me by one of my yoga students. I love that this book was written by a Physical Therapist as a way for people to do self care at home to be able to avoid office visits. It describes the Sun Salutation as something that she recommends her patients do every day as the best way to relieve morning stiffness, strengthen everything that tends to weaken and stretch everything that tends to tighten. I have incorporated her ‘hot spot’ tests into my classes so people can see which areas they need to give some special prevention attention.
